Irina Goudkova

Irina Goudkova, graduated in economics in 1989 at the University of Moscow the  Institute of National Economy Plekanov Later she moved to Italy where she began working as a model and television presenter, however, not to forget her origins, she started teaching Russian at the university. At the same time she started up in a new career in fashion  as a freelance  buying office. This Activitiy became predominant since 1997  establishing partnerships with the major Italian groups as Ittierre , Sportswear. etc., etc.. In 2000 she founded IFD, of which she currently is the President, and thanks to the background acquired she succeded in  transforming non-exclusive relationships with major fashion designers in exclusive agency and distribution agreements for the whole territory of the former Soviet Union.
Actually in IFD she’s in charge of: – Research of new brands and new designers – Public Relations- -Business relationships with the top buyers -Supervision and development of all top level projects – Image of the company – Research in the artistic and  musical fields and participation to cultural events to support charity events for Russian-Italian and Russian-French associations.

Sergio Pea

During the university studies he works cooperates with the greatest designers of the period who made the history of fashion as: Gianni Versace, Karl Lagerfeld, Thierry Mugler, Claude Montana. In 1993 he is designated Vice President of C.N.M.I. the Italian Fashion Chamber representing all the highest cultural values of Italian Fashion , protecting, coordinating and strengthening its image, both in Italy and abroad. 

In 2001 he founds with his wife Irina Goudkova, leader in the distribution of fashion brands in the C.I.S. markets , the company I.F.D. (International Fashion Diffusion) based in Milan. Irina Goudkova is appointed President and Sergio Pea C.E.O. of the company.

From 2012 he becomes member of the Board of Directors and strategy consultant of the Joint Venture Company between Liu Jo S.p.A. and I.F.D.. The new company has been settled to manage the retail business of Liu Jo in the former USSR.

From 2016 new consulting business in partnership with Federico Giammarusto investment banker and senior advisor of important international funds. The consulting business provides advice to companies in fashion industry for the development of international markets and for the possible sale of shares to of the same investment funds taking care of the ground industrial.

1° June 2017 The Italian President of the republic named Sir. Sergio Pea awarding him the honor of Cavaliere dell’Ordine della Stella d’Italia with the possibility to use the Insegne dell’ordine
